You're Embarrassed? Really?

I don't know why but recently I have come across many people to try to hide their embarrassment. They brush it off like it means nothing or give Oscar worthy excuses but what dose it really mean. So I looked it up and really this is the dictionaries definition? Embarrassment is really allowing other people you may or may not know to let you to feel less than what you are. Not how you feel but who you are; and who are you? You may not feel loved or appreciated maybe even ashamed, that’s irrelevant. Why, because your YOU. You may feel ugly, or too fat, or even not big enough but it's ok because you’re YOU. No one in this world has the right to take that away from you let alone make you less because of it. So the next time you catch yourself say I don’t feel so good stop. Just think I, me, take yourself away from the world you’ve allowed people to view you in. With that here some way to realize your YOUNESS.

1.) Yell out I’m (INSERT NAME), before doing anything. (It certainly worked out for RICK JAMES)
2.) Get out the shower and stand there naked in front the mirror point and say YOU. (In the privacy of your own home please)
3.) Look in the mirror and just say wow that’s MY face (Unless you’re a identical twin then call someone else for a 2nd opinion)
4.) Hang out with YOURSELF (You don’t have to spend a good evening with Ben & Jerry people see me shopping all the time by myself and they always ask who I’m here with)
5.) Lie to YOURSELF (Out loud everybody loves compliments its even better if you say your full name first)
6.) Naked dance in front a mirror (Its just fun)

This isn’t self-help because I need all the help I can get haha but do realize the next time you meet someone with the same name no way never in their life will they ever be YOU.
